Proverbs 14:34

34 Righteousness exalteth a nation: 

but sin is a reproach to any people.

On July 4, America will celebrate her 250th year.

This young nation has a rich history behind her.

But what condition is America in right now?

What was she founded on?

What are her priorities?

What are her goals?

Who are her leaders?

What are her policies?

Where is she headed?

How will she fare?

Just a few questions any nation should ask about themselves.

This born again watchman may be of a different nationality, but my country, the Philippines, has been tied with America after she ended the oppressive 300-year Spanish rule in 1898.

After which, America ruled us from 1898 to 1946.

My long-standing "connection" with her has been nearly 39 years now.

Why GOD put her on my plate, only He knows.

But He did, on the very same day He made me born again.

On 6 September 2019, the LORD led me to Bible prophecy right away.

Strangely, involving America:

America was in danger, from her many sins.

But she got better chances the day GOD made Trump president in 2024.

And now, in the midst of this America-Israel/Iran war, what state is she in?

Are there shifting loyalties?

Loss of clear-end goals?

Only GOD, Trump, and Netanyahu know.

But this much we know -- all nations' futures are tied with Israel.

GOD wants us to honor His chosen nation.

Goodbye, America - What the Bible says about How America Ends

It is commendable that president Trump's early campaign was for peace.

As he said, "Peace through strength".

He, and prime minister Netanyahu know Iran is the head of the octopus.

With its tentacles all over the place, through her proxies.

Thus, they banded together to deal with it, lest their countries be caught unawares with Iran's desire to annihilate them.

But where is America, and Israel, right now?

Are they still of the same mind?

Has Iran succeeded in driving a wedge between them, through her many propagandas?

Again, we reiterate -- ALL nations must honor GOD's sovereign nation, Israel.

Also, PEACE can only come through JESUS, for He is the "Prince of Peace".

Lastly, GOD's Hand is in everything.

He gave ALL power to His Son.

Let's not delude ourselves that we have power over anything.

Every country's survival hinges upon our belief in JESUS, accepting Him as our LORD, and SAVIOR, and in how we treat GOD's chosen nation, Israel.

On FORGIVENESS

 

Apostle Paul on JESUS:

Acts 13:38-39

King James Version

38 Be it known unto you therefore, 

men and brethren, that through this man 

is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:

39 And by him all that believe 

are justified from all things, 

from which ye could not be justified 

by the law of Moses.

Have you something to forgive?

Do you need to ask for forgiveness?

What wrong have you done?

What wrong has your "brother" done?

Know that we are all brothers, and sisters.

Why is forgiveness essential?

Today, I just learned something wonderful from the HOLY SPIRIT.

That forgiveness is a FIVE-way thing:

1. A person needs to ask forgiveness for the things he may have done wrong.

2. The wronged person needs to forgive.

3. The HOLY SPIRIT is Witness to all these.

4. In forgiving, we follow the command, and example, JESUS gave us.

5. Only by GOD's GRACE are we able to forgive:

Ephesians 1:7-8

7 In whom we have redemption 

through his blood, 

the forgiveness of sins, 

according to the riches of his grace;

8 Wherein he hath abounded toward us 

in all wisdom and prudence;

To support all these, SPIRIT led this born again workman to many verses for this article.

First, JESUS is the WORD.

Let the WORD of GOD govern us all:

That's what the Bible taught us.

To forgive, as GOD did, and does.

Precisely why He sent His Only Begotten Son.

That our sins may be forgiven.

John 3:16-17

that whosoever believeth in him 

should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world 

to condemn the world; 

but that the world through him 

might be saved.

It's all about LOVE, folks!

True love which only the FATHER could give.

We must emulate the LORD.

But we can only do that if we are born of water, and of the SPIRIT.

John 3:5-7

Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, 

he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; 

and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

On GLORIFYING GOD

Psalm 29:2

2 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; 

worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

The HOLY SPIRIT gave me the beautiful verse above the other day.

We ended our article,  "The LORD's VOICE", with it. 

But today, we give full honor to this same verse.

It almost created this article, all on its own.

Simply, it tells us how to glorify GOD:

"worship the Lord 

in the beauty of holiness".

And there's more.

The whole Bible expounds on it.

Today, SPIRIT directed me to these particular verses --

The BEST example is from His Son, JESUS:

John 12:44-45

Now you see why we need to be "born of the Spirit".

We need GOD's SPIRIT to teach us.

How to know Him -- through Scripture, and JESUS.

Only through SPIRIT can we know what pleases GOD.

And the LORD JESUS showed us how.

Pray to be born of water, and of the SPIRIT.

Psalm 66:9

King James Version

9 Which holdeth our soul in life, 

and suffereth not our feet to be moved.

Oh, the tenderness of the FATHER's LOVE for us!

We have no idea how GOD loves, loved, and continues to love us.

Neither do many have an idea how completely dependent we are upon Him.

But tender are His mercies towards us.

He knows the fragility of our bones, our breath, and our bodies.

He knows the fragility of our souls, our minds, and our spirits.

He knows the weakness of our flesh.

And the many temptations that hound us.

And that last one, no thanks to His sworn enemy.

Let SPIRIT and Scripture reveal verses which prove GOD's perfect awareness of all these.

He is not insensitive to our many trials, and tribulations.

First, JESUS knew the weakness, and impermanence of our "flesh":

Mark 14:38

38 Watch ye and pray, 

lest ye enter into temptation. 

The spirit truly is ready, 

but the flesh is weak.

John 3:5-7

5 Jesus answered,
