Romans 1:28

What happens to people who don't acknowledge GOD?

He gives them over to a reprobate mind.

But what does "reprobate" mean?

What happens when one has such a mind?

In SUMMARY, a "reprobate" mind means these:

reprobate mind to do those things which are not fitting

Revelation 12:10

which accused them before our God day and night.

Angels are supposed to be "ministering spirits".

This cherub wasn't.

That's why he was cast down:

neither was their place found any more in heaven.

9 And the great dragon was cast out,

His fall was actually audible.

Ezekiel 31:16

Here are clues to where he lives.

The Bible says the deceiver was cast out "into the earth".

That means he is IN the earth.

It did not say "onto", where he'd be roaming about.

You only need to look at the corrupt state of the world, families, media, business, government, nations, and entertainment.

The deceiver has infiltrated us all.

Why was the enemy cast down?

This rebellion caused his fall:

Isaiah 14:12-14

12 How art thou fallen from heaven, 

O Lucifer, son of the morning! 

how art thou cut down to the ground, 

which didst weaken the nations!

13 For thou hast said in thine heart, 

I will ascend into heaven, 

I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: 

I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, 

in the sides of the north:

14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; 

I will be like the most High.

The ambition to be in the "sides of the north", brought him to the "sides of the pit".

Isaiah 14:15

to the sides of the pit.

Where is hell?

9 Hell from beneath 

is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: 

it stirreth up the dead for thee, 

even all the chief ones of the earth; 

it hath raised up from their thrones 

all the kings of the nations.

Satan also roams roam "in" the earth.

Job 1:6-7

6 Now there was a day when the sons of God 

came to present themselves before the Lord, 

and Satan came also among them.

7 And the Lord said unto Satan, 

Whence comest thou? 

Then Satan answered the Lord, 

and said, 

From going to and fro in the earth, 

and from walking up and down in it.

JESUS  descended to the "lower parts of the earth".

Ephesians 4:9-10

King James Version

9 (Now that he ascended, 

what is it but that he also descended first 

into the lower parts of the earth?

10 He that descended 

is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, 

that he might fill all things.)

JESUS has authority over EVERY place.

Psalm 135:5-6

King James Version

5 For I know that the Lord is great, 

and that our Lord is above all gods.

6 Whatsoever the Lord pleased, 

that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, 

and all deep places.

Revelation 5:2-3

King James Version

2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, 

Who is worthy to open the book, 

and to loose the seals thereof?

3 And no man in heaven, 

nor in earth, 

neither under the earth, 

was able to open the book, 

neither to look thereon.

Look what GOD says here:

Exodus 20:1-5

20 And God spake all these words, 

saying,

2 I am the Lord thy God, 

which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, 

out of the house of bondage.

3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, 

or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, 

or that is in the earth beneath, 

or that is in the water under the earth.

5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, 

nor serve them: 

for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, 

visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children 

unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

An intriguing phrase from the 4th verse:

"water under the earth"

Something to think about, too.

Now, you can see the many subterranean levels GOD created for the fallen.

GOD has a proper place for all of them.

Revelation 20:10

King James Version

10 And the devil that deceived them was

 cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, 

where the beast and the false prophet are, 

and shall be tormented day and night 

for ever and ever.

In SUMMARY, Satan lives in these places:

-- into the earth

-- down to hell

-- to the sides of the pit

-- Hell from beneath 

-- From going to and fro in the earth, 

and from walking up and down in it.

-- lower parts of the earth

-- water under the earth

Now that you know who lives beneath, it's time to know who lives ABOVE.
