WATER of LIFE

 

Revelation 22:1

22 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, 

clear as crystal, 

proceeding out of the throne of God 

and of the Lamb.

For all who thirst for the WORD of GOD, for peace, for healing, find comfort in these verses, which the Holy Spirit of God led me to.

IGNORANCE is NOT bliss

 

The CALL to REPENT:

Acts 17:30

King James Version

30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; 

but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

Knowing the truth about God, is heaven.

Being kept in sin, is hell.

Jesus is our Savior.

That's really the truth of things.

When times are good, we forget God.

When times are bad, we remember God.

And yet, God is lovingly consistent.

The world offers you sin.

God offers you love.

The world thrives on your ignorance.

God delights in your knowledge of His Son, JESUS.

The world will make sure you don't seek God.

Thus, the many distractions.

Haven't you noticed it yet?

But once those distractions have lost their attraction, you will look for something more meaningful.

Once you wake up, you will begin to question the ways of the world.

You will begin to doubt its intentions.

You will begin to see that things don't add up.

Something is always veiled.

And that's the one that propels you to seek truth.

Even as you initially don't know it's God you're seeking.

God is TRUTH.

The world kept us in darkness.

But God sent His Son to be the LIGHT for our souls.

John 8:12

12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, 

I am the light of the world: 

he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, 

but shall have the light of life.

The Lord has already lived it out for us.

He knows what being human is.

The man who knew no sin, bore our sins or us.

His blood saved us from the power of death.

And death thrives in sin.

We cannot continue to be ignorant.

We can only be saved, through Jesus.

He is the WORD of GOD.

How many people really know Christ?

Not all Christians are precise about the Lord.

Neither are they faithful.

You only have to look at how they're living, and you'll know the world is still too much in them.

All who seek Jesus, were given by the Father.

John 6:39

39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, 

that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, 

but should raise it up again at the last day.

And Jesus prayed to the Father, to bring God's Spirit, upon our souls.

John 14:16

16 And I will pray the Father, 

and he shall give you another Comforter, 

that he may abide with you for ever;

Anyone who brings you to prayer, knows Jesus.

Anyone who leads you to the Bible, is a worthy friend.

Anyone who teaches you about the simplicity of Jesus, is a person worth listening to.

But anyone who glorifies self, is ignorant.

Jesus didn't even glorify Himself.

He glorified the Father.

John 17:4

4 I have glorified thee on the earth: 

I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.

That's why ignorance is not bliss.

What you don't know can hurt you.

You cannot shut out the truth of God.

Jesus commanded we be born again, so we can understand the ways of God.

He also commanded we repent.

And believe the gospel.

For the kingdom of God, is at hand.

Mark 1:15

15 And saying, 

The time is fulfilled, 

and the kingdom of God is at hand: 

repent ye, 

and believe the gospel.

The world wallows in ignorance of God's laws.

Many are indifferent.

Many are hardhearted, and hardheaded.

Which one are you?

Would you be ready, when God decides it's time for Jesus to have His faithful meet Him up in the air -- at any moment?

As followers of Jesus, we have much to do, for the world is asleep.

We want our brothers and sisters awakened in CHRIST.

We cannot bear that anyone be lost.

We cannot bear that anyone suffer, in continuing ignorance.

And it's all so simple.

All we have to do, is believe in the LORD JESUS CHRIST, that He is the SON of GOD.

Acts 16:31

31 And they said, 

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, 

and thou shalt be saved, 

and thy house.

There is no time to waste.

This is not the time to be ignorant.

It's time to wake up now.

It's time to walk in the Spirit.

FOUNTAIN of LIVING WATERS

 

John 4:11

King James Version

11 The woman saith unto him, 

Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, 

and the well is deep: 

from whence then hast thou 

that living water?

Prophet Jeremiah confirmed it twice.

GOD is the FOUNTAIN of LIVING WATERS.

Jeremiah 2:13

King James Version

13 For my people have committed two evils; 

they have forsaken me 

the fountain of living waters, 

and hewed them out cisterns, 

broken cisterns, 

that can hold no water.

Jeremiah 17:13

King James Version

13 O Lord, 

the hope of Israel, 

all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, 

and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, 

because they have forsaken the Lord, 

the fountain of living waters.

No wonder, JESUS told the woman at the well, when He asked her for a drink:

John 4:9-10

How is it that thou, being a Jew, 

askest drink of me, 

which am a woman of Samaria? 

for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.

10 Jesus answered and said unto her,

thou wouldest have asked of him, 

and he would have given thee living water.

Of course, Scripture is replete with verses on God's healing, and saving power.

Psalm 36:8-9

Who can we rely on?

Who are we to trust?

Who gives us the truth?

Who is strong, steady, and reliable?

GOD is all that.

His WORD is alive, eternal, and doesn't change.

His power encompasses everything.

BUILDING a HOME for GOD

 

1 Kings 6:1

in the month Zif, which is the second month, 

that he began to build the house of the Lord.

I'm a simple person.

I'm just focused on God.

As such, the home I built for Him in my heart is predictably simple.

This home I built for God -- through the guidance of the Holy Spirit -- consists of 30 stones.

Those stones are my 30 blogs.

The one you're on now, is the 31st stone -- my 31st blog.

That is the corner stone -- JESUS.

Psalm 118:22

is become the head stone of the corner.

JESUS is the head stone of my home, which is offered for GOD's GLORY.

Thus, my home is strong, sure, and steady.

This is now my go-to blog, which links all 30 other blogs.

I am dedicated to the Word of God.

31 = OFFSPRING

Amazingly so, for this 31st blog is the offspring, after 30 other blogs.

Jesus is the SON of God -- His offspring.

All those previous blogs were foundation, the stones HOLY SPIRIT and I used to build my knowledge on GOD.

I had no idea we were building, a stone at a time.

Until now.

Each stone (blog), was carefully selected, lovingly nurtured, perfectly fitted together.

ALL the stones came from Spirit.

They didn't know the touch of earth.

Everything was built, in SPIRIT.

1 Kings 6:7

before it was brought thither: 

so that there was neither hammer nor axe 

nor any tool of iron heard in the house, 

while it was in building.

Because I'm born again, it's the only way to build a home for JESUS.

Holy Spirit and I laid down the 30 stones.

JESUS laid down the 31st stone, to complete our construction.

He blessed my home, with His presence.

Now, my home is complete.

The LORD can reside in my home now.

In fact, my home, is His.
