2 Looking unto Jesus
the author and finisher of our faith;
who for the joy that was set before him
endured the cross,
despising the shame,
and is set down at the right hand
of the throne of God.
What happens when people who should know better, such as ministers, leaders, teachers, parents, and believers leave JESUS out of the equation?
What happens when people become deluded into thinking that good works do the work alone?
What happens when we become complacent, and lazy, about sharing the name of JESUS -- the "author and finisher of our faith"?
What are the consequences of such carelessness, and ignorance?
TRUE believers must give the LORD JESUS, the acknowledgment He so FULLY deserves.
Speak His name.
Share His name.
Honor His name.
Live by His name.
He died on the cross to save us.
EVERYTHING was created BY HIM, and FOR HIM.
Colossians 1:16-20

visible and invisible,
whether they be thrones,
or dominions,
or principalities,
or powers:
all things were created by him,
and for him:
17 And he is before all things,
and by him all things consist.

The LORD may have said that thousands of years ago, but a thousand years to us, is BUT a DAY with GOD.
2 Peter 3:8

beloved,
be not ignorant of this one thing,
that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years,
and a thousand years as one day.
Let us be aware of sin, repent, believe the Gospel, and look to JESUS as our ONLY SAVIOR.
GOD, the CREATOR, is MASTER of TIME and ALL THINGS.
Only He knows the day, or the hour, of His SON's return.
