Romans 11:33-34

33 O the depth of the riches
both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!
how unsearchable are his judgments,
and his ways past finding out!
34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord?
or who hath been his counsellor?
As I read the Bible more, I begin to know more about the ways of GOD.
Of how He can cause the following:
Isaiah 44:25-28

25 That frustrateth the tokens of the liars,
and maketh diviners mad;
that turneth wise men backward,
and maketh their knowledge foolish;
26 That confirmeth the word of his servant,
and performeth the counsel of his messengers;
that saith to Jerusalem,
Thou shalt be inhabited;
and to the cities of Judah,
Ye shall be built,
and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:
27 That saith to the deep,
Be dry,
and I will dry up thy rivers:
28 That saith of Cyrus,
He is my shepherd,
and shall perform all my pleasure:
even saying to Jerusalem,
Thou shalt be built;
and to the temple,
Thy foundation shall be laid.
And if you don't believe, God caused that, too.
Such as what He did with Israel.
Isaiah 29:10

10 For the Lord hath poured out upon you
the spirit of deep sleep,
and hath closed your eyes:
the prophets and your rulers,
the seers hath he covered.
Isaiah 29:13-14
King James Version
13 Wherefore the Lord said,
Forasmuch as this people draw near me
with their mouth,
and with their lips do honour me,
but have removed their heart far from me,
and their fear toward me
is taught by the precept of men:
14 Therefore,
behold,
I will proceed to do a marvellous work
among this people,
even a marvellous work and a wonder:
for the wisdom of their wise men
shall perish,
and the understanding of their prudent men
shall be hid.
That's why, the LORD JESUS wasn't surprised when people didn't believe in Him, or in His miracles.
It's all in fulfillment of Scripture.
John 12:37-40

37 But though
he had done so many miracles before them,
yet they believed not on him:
38 That the saying of Esaias the prophet
might be fulfilled,
which he spake,
Lord,
who hath believed our report?
and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?
39 Therefore they could not believe,
because that Esaias said again,
40 He hath blinded their eyes,
and hardened their heart;
that they should not see with their eyes,
nor understand with their heart,
and be converted,
and I should heal them.
The "blindness" of Israel, serves God's purpose.
Romans 11:25
King James Version
25 For I would not,
brethren,
that ye should be ignorant of this mystery,
lest ye should be wise in your own conceits;
that blindness in part is happened to Israel,
until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Jew or Gentile, have gone through the process of unbelief.
Romans 11:30-31
King James Version
30 For as ye in times past have not believed God,
yet have now obtained mercy
through their unbelief:
31 Even so have these also now not believed,
that through your mercy
they also may obtain mercy.
But Scripture reveals SEVEN reasons why God PURPOSELY created TEMPORARY unbelief in man :
John 12:40

40 He hath blinded their eyes,
and hardened their heart;
that they should not see with their eyes,
nor understand with their heart,
and be converted,
and I should heal them.
Romans 11:11
King James Version
11 I say then,
Have they stumbled that they should fall?
God forbid:
but rather through their fall
salvation is come unto the Gentiles,
for to provoke them to jealousy.
Romans 11:26

26 And so all Israel shall be saved:
as it is written,
There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer,
and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Romans 11:27

27 For this is my covenant unto them,
when I shall take away their sins.
Romans 11:32
32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief,
that he might have mercy upon all.
JESUS also pointed out two reasons why man may believe in Him, but don't CONFESS Him.
John 12:42

42 Nevertheless among the chief rulers also
many believed on him;
but because of the Pharisees
they did not confess him,
lest they should be put out
of the synagogue:
John 12:43
King James Version
43 For they loved the praise of men
more than the praise of God.
How about you?
Are you a believer in JESUS?
If not, why don't you believe?
Do you want to believe?
Whatever state you're in now, is God's design.
In God's perfect time, people will believe.
For everything serves His purpose.
Plus, God knows WHO are HIS.
2 Timothy 2:19

19 Nevertheless
the foundation of God
standeth sure,
having this seal,
The Lord knoweth them
that are his.
And,
let every one
that nameth the name of Christ
depart from iniquity.
